Partner, Planner and Urban Designer, MHBC. 25 years of experience in urban planning, urban design, master planning, policy development, and tribunal hearings. Past Council Director, Ontario Professional Planners Institute.

Aimee Powell
Founder and Chief Planning Officer, Powell Planning & Associates. Experienced across municipal, regional, and provincial planning. Instructor at Toronto Metropolitan University and advocate for equitable planning practice.

Ossie Airewele
Senior Associate, BDP Quadrangle. Architect and design leader focused on socially responsible and inclusive urbanism, leading complex projects across North America.

Registered Professional Planner and policy advisor with a focus on Northern/Arctic public policy, governance, climate change adaptation and community planning.

Nicole N. Hanson
BPUA co-founder with senior leadership experience in environmental and development planning. Hanson retains a lexicon of 12 + years planning experience in provincial, municipal, private, academic and non-profit/NGO sectors. Hanson demonstrates a strong understanding of a myriad of planning issues, and delivers on prescribing measured and innovative planning solutions for local and international development outcomes.
